Terms of sale

Article 1 — Seller

Treti SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €5,000, registered under number 912 345 678, with its registered office at 14 rue des Lilas, 75011 Paris, France.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are topical treatments (creams and gels). Each product sheet states the active, the concentration, the size, the directions for use and the precautions. Photographs are for illustration purposes: packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer and batch, the product delivered corresponding to the sheet ordered.

Directions for use do not constitute medical advice. The buyer is solely responsible for checking that the product suits their situation, for consulting a healthcare professional in case of doubt, and for making sure that purchasing and importing the product are permitted in their country of residence.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are stated before the order is confirmed. Any customs duties and import taxes remain payable by the buyer. Treti may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order and payment

The order is firm and final once the cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the relevant network. The payment is processed by our provider NOWPayments and paid directly to the shop's wallet. Treti collects no banking data. A confirmation summarising the order is sent by email.

Treti reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or product unavailability; the buyer is then fully refunded.

Article 5 — Delivery

Products are delivered worldwide, to the address given when ordering, according to the methods, times and rates presented on the Shipping page and at the checkout step. Delivery times are indicative. The risks of loss or damage pass to the buyer upon handover of the parcel. Any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing product) must be reported within 48 hours.

Article 6 — Withdrawal and returns

The buyer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw. Unsealed or opened products are excluded from this right for hygiene and health protection reasons. The full terms are set out on the Returns & refunds page.

Article 7 — Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Any claim must be sent to contact@exemple.fr with the order number and, where applicable, photos.

Article 8 — Liability

Treti cannot be held liable for any use of the products that does not comply with the directions on the product sheets and leaflets, for the consequences of a failure to seek medical advice, nor for delays or damage attributable to carriers, customs or force majeure.

Article 9 — Personal data

The data collected when ordering is necessary for processing and delivering the order. Its use and your rights are detailed in the Privacy policy.

Article 10 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The consumer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator [name and contact details of the mediator] or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing agreement, the competent courts are those of the seller's registered office, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
