Shipping
We ship worldwide. Every order leaves with a tracking number, in a plain parcel.
Translation provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
Preparation and dispatch
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Zones, carriers and delivery times
The carrier, delivery time and price depend on the destination country: they are displayed automatically at the checkout step as soon as you choose your country. The times below are indicative, in business days, from dispatch. They may be longer during holiday periods, strikes or customs checks.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the zone and method chosen, and shown before you confirm the order. Standard shipping is free from an order amount specific to each zone (see the table).
Customs duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, North America, rest of the world…), customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices. The actual contents of the parcel are declared on customs documents.
Tracking and receipt
Tracking is available at any time via the link received by email. If the parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbours, your building caretaker or your post office, then contact us within 7 days.
Late, lost or damaged parcel
A parcel is considered lost when its tracking has not progressed for 20 business days (30 days for the rest of the world). We then open a claim with the carrier and offer you, at your choice, a replacement or a full refund.
For a damaged parcel, report it within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the parcel and the product, to contact@exemple.fr.
