When paying: we only receive the payment confirmation and the transaction identifier, via our cryptocurrency payment provider NOWPayments. No banking data is collected by the shop.

When browsing: technical data (pages viewed, device type, country) processed by our host for security and statistics purposes, without advertising cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing, delivering and tracking orders, handling returns: performance of the contract.
Invoicing, accounting, fraud prevention: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Replying to your requests: legitimate interest.
Sending commercial information or restock alerts by email: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is passed to our service providers strictly within the scope of their tasks: NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payment), Resend (sending confirmation emails), carriers (delivery, with name, address, phone and email for tracking), the site's host. Some are established outside the European Union, notably in the United States; these transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or a recognised adequacy mechanism. We neither sell nor rent your data.
Retention period
Order and invoicing data: 10 years, in accordance with accounting obligations.
Contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
Email for restock alerts or commercial information: until you unsubscribe.
Cart: stored only in your browser's local storage, never on our servers until the order is placed.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies and no social-media trackers. Only strictly necessary technical elements are used: your browser's local storage to remember your cart.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@exemple.fr; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment is processed by our specialised provider NOWPayments and paid directly to the shop's wallet; no banking data passes through the site. Access to order data is restricted to the people authorised to process it.
